Most pointless connectivity app ever. Can not download WiFi profile cannot cannot connect to virgin server yet can connect to the whole of the Internet
Have not been able to open app in more than 3 months, no reason or alert as to why.
Never works
This app will not even open any more. Just keeps trying to load but never does
Hotspots worked on old android 7 phone. Just installed app on new android 12 phone and it won't connect to the server to set up profile. Tech support told me I needed hub 3 at home, I have 2ac. Tried to upgrade me for £120 per year to get free router upgrade! Declined! Seeing other comments about android 11 it may not help anyway? Useless app.
